WAIVER RELEASE
by attending class with the gab lab i agree with and understand the following:
- each attendee must be accompanied by a parent or guardian that is fully responsible for the child for the duration of class.
- i and/or my child will have the potential to be exposed to choking hazards, injuries, and/or allergens by participating in class.
- my/my child's photo or video may be taken and used for the gab lab marketing and/or social media accounts.
- classes that are canceled due to inclement weather, instructor illness, or other disruptions beyond our control may be rescheduled.
